ARRS funding — PA or clinical pharmacist for a 3-practice PCN?

We have funding for one more ARRS role. We've been going back and forth between a Physician Associate and a Clinical Pharmacist. Both have strong cases. Our main pressure is appointment demand — we see a lot of chronic disease management and repeat prescriptions. Which would have more impact in your experience?
