ARRS funding — PA or clinical pharmacist for a 3-practice PCN?

We have funding for one more ARRS role this year. We've been going back and forth between a Physician Associate and a Clinical Pharmacist for about three months. Our main pressure is appointment demand — we see a lot of frailty, chronic disease, and repeat prescription load. Both candidates are good. What has the ROI been in terms of appointment capacity relief? Which role integrates more smoothly into a GP-led team in your experience?
