Best value medical waste disposal — what are you paying?

Our current medical waste contract is up for renewal. Looking at alternatives. Would love to know: who do you use, what are you paying per month, and how is the service quality? We're a 3-partner practice with moderate clinical waste volumes. Our current provider keeps increasing prices with minimal notice. Thinking about going out to tender but not sure who to approach.
