New to Practice Management — what qualifications should I prioritise?

I've just been promoted from Deputy to PM at 31. My predecessor had an MBA and MIGPM. I want to invest in my professional development but I'm not sure where to start. AMSPAR? IGPM accreditation? A healthcare management degree? Budget is about £2,000/year. What has been most valuable in your career?
