Online triage — Accurx vs Klinik vs eConsult — share your experience

We're finally ready to move to online triage and I've done three demos this month. Initial impressions: Accurx is cheapest and EMIS integration is genuinely seamless. Klinik's patient routing logic is smarter but it's more expensive and feels more complex to configure. eConsult has the most clinical depth but patient UX feels clunky. What matters most in practice — the backend clinical workflows or the front-end patient experience? What are others using?
