QOF — are you on track? What areas are you struggling with?

March feels uncomfortably close. We're at about 76% of our target points so far. Struggling most with mental health (SMIA) reviews and COPD annual reviews. Anyone found a good way to pull a meaningful exception-report breakdown from EMIS? I want to identify patients we're legitimately missing vs ones who've been exception-reported and shouldn't have been. EMIS reporting always feels like I'm working against it rather than with it.
