Social prescribing link workers — are they delivering the value you expected?

We appointed two link workers 18 months ago. Honestly mixed results. One is excellent and GPs refer to her constantly. The other is less proactive and we're not seeing the same referral rates. How are other PCNs managing SPLW quality and accountability? Do you have KPIs?
