Social prescribing link workers — are they delivering the value you expected?

We appointed two link workers 18 months ago. Honestly: mixed results. One is excellent — GPs refer to her constantly, patients love her, she's proactive in identifying need. The other is less proactive and we're not seeing the referral rates we expected. How are other PCNs managing SPLW quality and accountability? Do you have KPIs? And how do you handle performance management for an ARRS-funded post — the clinical governance is with us but the employment line is with the PCN?
