Switching from EMIS to SystmOne — our experience 6 months in

We migrated from EMIS Web to SystmOne in January. Six months in, here's my honest take: the migration itself was harder than expected — 3 months of prep, 2 days data-dark, 3 weeks where everyone was slower. But the system is genuinely better for our clinical workflows now. Patient record search is faster, workflow templates more flexible. Training burden was higher than I anticipated — budget for that.
