Switching from EMIS to SystmOne — our experience after 6 months

We migrated from EMIS Web to SystmOne in January. Six months in, here's my honest take: the migration itself was painful (3 months of prep, 2 days data-dark) but the system is genuinely better for our workflows. Search is much faster. Workflow templates are more flexible. The training burden was higher than I expected. Happy to share our migration timeline document if useful.
