We got Outstanding — here's what I think made the difference

We received our Outstanding rating last month (first time) after two Good ratings previously. I want to share what we changed. Key differences: we built a living evidence folder that we update monthly, not just before inspections. Our staff knew all five KLOEs and could speak confidently about their role in each. And our Partners were much more visible in the process this time. Happy to answer questions.
