- Total appointments used per week
- Total DNA appointments per week
- Appointment requests not met (if tracked)
- Wait times: same-day, next-available routine
### Demand vs Supply Summary

### Analysis Points
- Is utilisation above 95%? You likely have unmet demand
- Is DNA above 8%? Priority for DNA management interventions
- Are certain sessions consistently underutilised? Review scheduling
- What is the ratio of same-day to pre-bookable appointments?
### Benchmarks (England 2024)
- GP consultations: approximately 4.2 per patient per year
- Target same-day availability: at least 15% of total appointment capacity
- DNA rate average: 6–8%
### Using This Data
- Present monthly to Partners as part of operational reporting
- Use to make the case for ARRS roles (calculate appointments needed vs capacity gap)
- Submit to ICB as evidence for access improvement plans
