### Structure Overview
**Personal Statement (3–4 sentences)**
Summarise your experience, specialist areas, and what you bring to a PM role. Avoid generic statements — be specific about your practice background and size.
Example: *"Experienced Practice Manager with 8 years in NHS primary care, overseeing a 12,000-patient, 4-partner practice. Specialist knowledge in CQC compliance, HR management, and QOF delivery. MIGPM accredited. Track record of improving QOF achievement from 78% to 94% in 3 years."*
**Key Skills Section**
Use bullet points — one line each:
- CQC compliance and inspection management
- HR: recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary/grievance procedures
- NHS finance: QOF, Enhanced Services, ARRS
- Clinical systems: EMIS Web / SystmOne
- PCN operations and stakeholder engagement
**Employment History (reverse chronological)**
For each role: Practice name, list size, number of staff managed, contract type, key responsibilities and achievements.
**Quantify where possible:**
