### Local Enhanced Services / Local Incentive Schemes

Each ICB sets its own local schemes. Common examples:

- Anticoagulation monitoring

- Minor surgery

- Phlebotomy

- Alcohol and smoking cessation services

### How to Use This Tracker

1. List each ES/LIS you are commissioned for with the contract value

2. Record activity monthly: number of patients seen, items submitted

3. Record payments received against expected income

4. Flag discrepancies for query with the ICB

### Common Reconciliation Issues

- Submission deadlines missed — set calendar reminders at least 1 week before each deadline

- Coding errors resulting in non-payment — audit a sample of records each month

- Patient eligibility — ensure you understand the exact population for each service

**Tip:** Your ICB should provide a monthly payment schedule. Request this if you don't have it.
