### How to Calculate Your Practice Pressure

**Step 1:** Total list size ÷ Number of WTE GPs = Patients per GP

- Under 1,800 = sustainable

- 1,800–2,200 = stretched

- Over 2,200 = under significant pressure

**Step 2:** Weekly appointment demand estimate

- List size × 0.1 (10% contact rate/week) = appointments needed per week

- Compare this to your actual appointment slots available

**Step 3:** ARRS capacity contribution

- Each ARRS clinician (full-time) can contribute approximately 20–25 appointments/day

- Add ARRS capacity to your total available slots
